Apli Snack Adda Website

Client: Apli Snack Adda

Problem

Apli Snack Adda had no website at all — every order came in through WhatsApp messages, with no way for a customer to see what was actually available before asking. There was no visual menu, so people had to ask, describe, or remember what the shop sold.

Solution

A simple, photo-first menu website. Every item shows a real photo and price, organized by category, so a customer can browse the full menu before ordering — something they never could do before. Ordering itself stays exactly where the shop already runs it: every item links straight to WhatsApp, opening a chat ready to place that specific order.

Features

  • Full photo menu, organized by category, browsable without needing to ask a single question over chat
  • One-tap 'Order on WhatsApp' from any menu item, opening a chat with the shop directly
  • Mobile-first layout, built for customers browsing on their phone, the same way they'd order

Challenges

Keeping the handoff to WhatsApp feel like a natural next step rather than a dead end — the site needed to feel like the actual front door to the shop, with WhatsApp as where the conversation continues, not a separate disconnected tool.

Outcome

Apli Snack Adda now has a real menu customers can browse anytime, with ordering still happening exactly where the shop is comfortable — WhatsApp — just with a proper visual menu leading into it instead of a blank chat.
